The Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking fully accredited Clinical Psychologists, Psychotherapists, or Counsellors for full-time positions at Broomfield and Southend hospitals, with the potential for job shares and flexible working arrangements. Candidates should be enthusiastic, highly motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team that provides psychological support to inpatients and outpatients across various medical specialties, particularly in critical care, oncology, and palliative care.

The role emphasises the integration of psychological and physical health, requiring candidates to collaborate closely with medical teams while offering both individual and group therapy. Interest and experience in trauma and evidence-based therapeutic models are desirable.
