Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Biomedical Scientist for the Haematology and Blood Transfusion department, with positions available at Band 5 or Band 6 level, depending on experience. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) requires a Band 6 candidate to hold an IBMS Specialist Diploma in Haematology with hospital Transfusion practice, while Band 5 candidates will automatically progress to Band 6 upon completing the Specialist Portfolio.

The successful candidate will perform daily analysis and validation of results, monitor quality indicators, and participate in out-of-hours shifts once adequately trained.
