The Single Point of Access Administrator/Reception Team role at Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust is focused on providing essential communication and administrative support within the Children's Services Division. As the first point of contact for referrals and inquiries, the successful candidate will engage with service users and professionals, ensuring effective coordination of care and signposting to appropriate services. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in managing various administrative tasks such as utilizing the SystmOne system for patient information and appointment management while maintaining confidentiality.

This part-time position, working Tuesday through Thursday, involves handling calls, emails, and other correspondence, complementing the work of the reception team, and supporting the overall efficiency of service delivery. The post holder will also be responsible for maintaining communication with colleagues, managing meeting logistics, and contributing to safeguarding responsibilities, all while adhering to the Trust's policies and procedures. Flexibility and adaptability are key as the role evolves with the needs of the Trust and its service users.
