The Programme Director for the Mind & Body initiative at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust will lead efforts to integrate mental and physical health care, emphasizing "whole person care" as essential to improving health outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Strategy for King's Health Partners (KHP), the role involves developing the Mind & Body strategy in collaboration with clinical and academic leaders, managing internal teams, and engaging with various partners to ensure commitments to the program’s objectives. The director will facilitate changes in service delivery models and collaborate across teams to enhance integrated healthcare across settings.

In addition to strategy development and team engagement, the Programme Director will manage budgets, promote cost-effectiveness, and oversee procurement processes to ensure efficient operation. They will champion the Mind & Body priorities within KHP and advocate for patient involvement in the program's governance, securing external stakeholder buy-in and influencing health policy direction. This role emphasises strong leadership, relationship management, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare environments to achieve the strategic goals set for KHP by 2030.
