The Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Biomedical Assistant for its Pathology Department at Lincoln County Hospital, specifically within the Blood Sciences department. Candidates may not need prior laboratory experience, as comprehensive training will be provided. The ideal applicant should have good communication and keyboard skills, the ability to work under pressure, and eventually work independently after adequate training. Responsibilities include supporting Biomedical Scientists by conducting analyser maintenance, basic troubleshooting, simple manual tests under supervision, performing audits, stock management, and reagent preparation.
