Practice Plus Group is seeking Theatre Healthcare Assistants to join their team at the Southampton hospital due to an increase in patient treatments. In this vital supporting role, you will ensure a smooth patient journey by documenting the complete patient pathway, assisting theatre department members in setting up for surgeries, and preparing patients for treatment while monitoring their care and safety. Your responsibilities will include maintaining patient records, conducting necessary checks, and ensuring a clean and safe theatre environment, where health, safety, and hygiene are prioritized.

The position requires you to work three days a week from 07:30 to 17:30 and one day a week from 07:30 to 17:00, with occasional Saturday shifts. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care and teamwork, leveraging their previous experiences to effectively contribute to the theatre setting.
