Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to design balanced and tailored menus.
- Manage kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence.
- Maintain high culinary standards and manage stock control.
- Foster a positive team environment and comply with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent.
- Experience in culinary leadership and nutrition.
- Ability to work with fresh ingredients and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
