The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Community Nurses to join their Integrated Community Nursing Service on the Isle of Wight. Candidates should be Registered Nurses who are committed to delivering quality and compassionate care to patients in their homes, as community nursing evolves to support patients traditionally cared for in hospitals. The role involves collaboration with various healthcare professionals, including hospice staff, therapists, and GPs, across three locality teams. Ideal applicants will possess strong interpersonal skills and evidence-based practice knowledge. The positions available include both full and part-time roles, and a valid UK driving license is required due to the community-based nature of the job.

Candidates with clinical skills in areas like urinary catheterisation, wound management, or diabetes management are preferred but not mandatory, as training and support will be provided. The Trust emphasises inclusivity and fairness in its recruitment process, welcoming applicants from diverse backgrounds, and is open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
