Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Director of Digital and Artificial Intelligence to lead the digital transformation efforts within its newly established organisation, which combines community, mental health, and learning disability services. This senior leadership role requires the individual to report directly to the Chief of Strategy & Transformation and work collaboratively with the Chief Clinical Information Officer and Chief Nursing Information Officer. Key responsibilities include harmonizing legacy systems, enhancing digital capabilities, and fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity among colleagues to improve healthcare delivery across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and compassionate leader, skilled in navigating the digital landscape to promote effective use of technology and business intelligence.
