The North East London Foundation Trust (NELFT) is seeking a Band 6 SCPHN Health Visitor to join their 0-19 skilled mix team in Redbridge. This role offers a welcome payment incentive for new applicants and emphasises collaboration with Children’s Centres and various agencies to enhance health outcomes and address inequalities for children and families within the community. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate autonomy, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to service delivery changes, while fulfilling responsibilities such as undertaking mandated contacts and supporting safeguarding initiatives.

Newly qualified practitioners will benefit from a Preceptorship Programme and additional professional development opportunities. The position requires experience in multi-agency partnerships, with responsibilities also including supervision of colleagues and students.
