A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and highly motivated practice manager to join the team at Burnham Surgery. The successful candidate will be motivated, committed, and forward-thinking with experience and enthusiasm in managing a GMS GP practice.
- Managing and coordinate all aspects of practice functionality.
- Motivating and managing staff.
- Optimising efficiency and financial performance.
- Ensuring the practice achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe and effective working environment.
- Through innovative ways of working, leading the team in promoting quality & clinical governance.
- Ensuring the practice complies with CQC regulations.
