The Nottingham CityCare Partnership CIC is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Urgent Care Clinical Practitioner (Non-Medical Prescriber) for its Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) in Nottingham. This clinician-led role involves assessing and treating patients with urgent but non-life-threatening health issues. The ideal candidate will be a registered healthcare professional with independent prescribing qualifications (V300), capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include comprehensive clinical assessments, treatment planning, management of patient care, mentorship of staff and students, and participation in ongoing professional development.

The role requires flexibility for 365-day shift work, and the post holder will work within a multi-disciplinary team focused on minimizing unnecessary hospital admissions. Key tasks include leading specific clinical areas, facilitating training, and managing a clinical team while ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to organisational guidelines.
