NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care is seeking a proactive and dynamic Programme Manager to join their Workforce Development team, specifically focusing on enhancing T level placement capacity and developing technical career pathways throughout Greater Manchester. This 12-month role requires strong project management skills, the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders—including NHS organisations, local authorities, and community partners—and a commitment to delivering system-wide change in health and social care.

The Programme Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable placement infrastructures, managing program documentation, producing reports and presentations for various audiences, and ensuring financial oversight of program resources. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in cross-organisational collaboration, possess strong communication skills to handle complex information, and be capable of leading a team while adapting to changing priorities within the Workforce Development portfolio. Frequent travel across Greater Manchester may be necessary.
