Join our dedicated team at Martlesham Heath Surgery in Ipswich as a Health Care Assistant (HCA) and play a vital role in delivering exceptional primary care to our community. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual—ideally with 2 to 3 years of experience in primary care settings—who is eager to make a difference. In this supportive environment, you will collaborate closely with our friendly clinical team, which includes Practice Nurses, Advanced Care Practitioners, and GPs, to provide high-quality care to our patients.

As an HCA, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of essential tasks, including phlebotomy, vaccinations, and wound care. You'll be instrumental in supporting patients’ health journeys, facilitating health checks, and contributing to disease management. This role not only offers a fulfilling career path but also provides the flexibility to suit your lifestyle, with working hours between 8 am and 6:30 pm, including opportunities for extended access clinics and additional hours.
