We’re seeking a compassionate, experienced clinician to take on the role of Band 7 Team Lead, where you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of care for older individuals in our community, including those in Oadby and Wigston.

As a Team Lead, you’ll guide your team in delivering exceptional support services, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless integration of health and social care resources. Your nursing and management expertise will shine here, as you help older adults navigate local services to improve their quality of life and reduce hospital admissions.
