An opportunity has arisen for a Mental Health Transformation Support Officer to join the South West London ICB Mental Health Team. The role will work within programmes, supporting the delivery of the Mental Health Strategy, working across South West London and on borough specific Mental Health transformation initiatives.
We are looking for an individual who can effectively engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and build excellent working relationships across the system to support the programmes. The postholder will need excellent business and administration skills together with being a self-starter and able to work independently when necessary. You will need to juggle the work demands of varied mental health activities, but in return there is opportunity to learn more about each area and support interesting projects to help you develop a wide range of skills.
This a fixed term contract until March 2026.
provide excellent administration and operations support to your allocated programmes of work, including arranging meetings, minute-taking, project support and administration, and managing the administration processes of the team.
coordinate activities to support project working groups and programme boards
support the team of commissioning and project managers with programme reporting and ensuring deadlines are met.
actively engage and work collaboratively with colleagues and partners across SWL, including commissioner, providers and clinicians.
provide general commissioning and administration support to the workstreams as required.

Organising meetings or events and assist in the diary management requirements of individuals in connection with programmes of work.
Attending and supporting key programme meetings and taking action notes / minutes, proactively following up on actions to ensure these are completed
Develop and maintain databases required by role.
Able to prioritise competing demands in a challenging delivery environment to ensure that work is delivered to tight timelines, which will occasionally be unexpected, and support others in the delivery of similar requirements.
Providing high quality administrative support to the allocated programmes to ensure that projects and activities are planned, managed, and delivered effectively.

Supporting project managers in updating key project and programme documents (using full suite of Microsoft Office tools) including programme and project plans, and programme risk and issue logs.

Supporting forward agenda planning, updating reporting timelines/trackers, co- ordinating contributions to papers, and ensuring that team meetings, programme Boards and committees operate within organisational standards.
Contributing to effective information management within the team.
Providing support to specific projects as required by the team, taking responsibility for discrete pieces of work to contribute to overall delivery, for example supporting clinical engagement activities; proof reading, editing and formatting reports and presentations; undertake research and collating key information from a range of sources.
Working in an integrated manner with the local teams and establishing SWL-wide networks.
Effectively communicating with a wide range of stakeholders to build strong engagement with the programmes.
Communicating information and issues, including briefings and reports, to team as appropriate.
