The North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a passionate Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join their Specialist Palliative Care Team in Huntingdon. The role primarily involves working in the Acute Hospital Specialist Palliative Care Service at Hinchingbrooke Hospital, focusing on delivering holistic care for patients with palliative and end-of-life needs.
