Join the dedicated team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Neurometabolic Disease, where your expertise can truly make a difference! Since the launch of our Paediatric Metabolic Unit in December 2020, we have rapidly expanded our services to support children with Battens Disease, all thanks to the passion and commitment of our fantastic nurses. Now, we're on the lookout for an experienced Band 6 nurse to help continue this vital work. While experience in treating neurometabolic diseases is a bonus, it’s not a dealbreaker; what matters most is your nurturing spirit and dedication to patient care.

In this pivotal role, you will advocate for patients and their families, coordinating with community teams and schools to ensure holistic care along the patient journey. You'll engage in a dynamic multidisciplinary team, manage safeguarding, and mentor future nursing stars.
