The District Nurse Team Leader position at Locala Health and Wellbeing in Liversedge is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with a salary range of £46,148 to £52,809. The successful candidate will manage and lead a District Nursing Team within the Ageing Well Division, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality healthcare to patients across Kirklees. This involves operational management, accountability for team performance, and direct patient care when necessary. Candidates are expected to work varied shifts within an 8am-9pm service model, while promoting team development and driving service improvements in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team.
