An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated team on Ward 9 as a Senior Sister / Charge Nurse where you will take on a pivotal leadership and management role, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of Manx Cares medical in-patient service.

In this role, you will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients, while also maintaining a focus on staff wellbeing, development, and performance. Your leadership will support the professional development of the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring that care standards are consistently met. This is an ideal opportunity for Band 6 or Band 7 Nurses who are ready to take the next step in their career. We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about nursing but also dedicated to creating a positive and encouraging work environment.
