The position of Physiotherapist - Intermediate Care at the Ascot House Intermediate Care Unit in Sale offers a dynamic opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering effective and safe patient care. The role entails conducting physiotherapy assessments and creating tailored treatment plans to assist patients recovering from hospital admissions. Key responsibilities include performing detailed falls assessments, implementing rehabilitation interventions, working closely with occupational therapists and support staff, and contributing to discharge planning and home visits when necessary.

Candidates will also engage in clinical triage to determine patient suitability for admission and provide supervision and support to junior staff and students.
