East of England Ambulance Service is seeking a Master Vehicle Technician in Norwich to spearhead the maintenance and repair operations for their fleet of ambulances and emergency response vehicles. This role requires advanced technical skills and strong leadership abilities to oversee a team of vehicle technicians, ensuring the efficient diagnosis, repair, and upkeep of complex vehicle systems to guarantee top-tier reliability and safety for emergency medical services. Responsibilities include managing workshop operations in the absence of the Workshop Manager, conducting advanced diagnostics, planning maintenance schedules, executing in-depth mechanical and electrical repairs, and developing preventive maintenance programs.

The Master Vehicle Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining service readiness by coordinating with fleet management and operational staff to minimize vehicle downtime.
