The Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Fleet Sub-Workshop Manager to join their team in Hull, responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair services for approximately 221 emergency and non-emergency vehicles. Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, the successful candidate will manage daily operations at the Hull workshop, ensuring that all vehicles are legally compliant and maintained to high standards.

In this role, the Sub-Workshop Manager will lead a small team, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies in fleet management. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with the parts supply chain, contractors, and internal staff, as well as supervising trainees and ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance services. Flexibility in work hours is required to meet operational demands.
