The role of Senior Mental Health Practitioner with the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust involves providing urgent mental health assessments and home treatment for individuals in crisis within the Peterborough area. The practitioner will be responsible for comprehensive assessments, collaboratively planning interventions, and managing high-risk situations. Additionally, they will prepare and monitor assessment reports, ensure adherence to relevant mental health legislation, and foster effective communication with partner agencies. This position requires independent travel throughout the county and encompasses flexible working patterns to cover a 24/7 service, along with the need for a full UK driving license.
