Cygnet Health Care is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker for a full-time position at Cygnet Adarna House in Yorkshire and Humber, working 38.5 hours per week on a rotating schedule that includes days, nights, and weekends. The role involves supporting nine men with mental illnesses and autism spectrum disorder, assisting them in their rehabilitation and preparation for independent living. The successful candidate will provide enhanced care, emotional and physical support, and ensure a safe and clean environment, while contributing to personalized care plans to promote stability and independence.
