We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Children's Occupational Therapist to join our service, focusing on supporting children with physical disabilities or motor difficulties that impact their ability to participation in daily activities.   • Leadership Role:
    Collaborate with the team leader to support and develop the delivery of the service.

  • Project Leadership:
    Lead designated clinical projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and outcomes for children.

  • Team Support:
    Provide clinical supervision and guidance to other members of the occupational therapy team.

  • Caseload Management:
    Maintain a clinical role by managing a small caseload, ensuring specialist Occupational Therapy assessment and tailored interventions are provided based on individual needs.

  • Provide a highly specialist, evidence-based Occupational Therapy service to a designated caseload of children with complex health and physical needs.

  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of policies, procedures, and new initiatives to ensure best practices and high-quality care are maintained.

  • Provide clinical leadership to the Occupational Therapy team, offering expertise and guidance on complex cases.
  • Deliver supervision, mentorship, and job shadowing opportunities to support the professional growth and development of junior therapists and team members.
