Cygnet Health Care is seeking a confident and passionate Team Leader to join their team at Cygnet Devon Lodge in Hampshire. This role involves working 42 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts focused on delivering exceptional care to adults with autism and learning disabilities. The Team Leader will support both the management and team members in the daily operations, ensuring effective allocation of duties and providing enhanced, person-centered care that promotes independence and community integration.

We are looking for a confident Support Team Leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

Youll be working 42 hours a week, 12 hour day shifts from07:30am 19:30, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Devon Lodge.

Devon Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment, promoting independence and community integration. Support both management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service

Ensure duties are allocated effectively and safely

Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care

Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support

Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way

Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
