The Team Chaplain role at the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust involves providing religious and spiritual care to patients, families, carers, and staff, while upholding the principles of the Equality Act 2010. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player dedicated to supporting individuals from diverse faiths and spiritual backgrounds, assisting them in addressing their spiritual needs in a culturally sensitive way.

This position includes offering spiritual care both in clinical and non-clinical settings, responding to referrals, and maintaining a proactive presence throughout the Trust, especially in palliative care areas. The role supports a 7-day on-site chaplaincy service and includes an evening on-call system for urgent responses. Working collaboratively with other staff members to uphold the Trust's core values is essential for this position.
