The Assistant Practitioner role at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust involves working on Drayton Ward, a secure services unit for male patients. This position requires an enthusiastic individual with a strong interest in mental health, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team. The assistant will support registered nurses in delivering high-quality care, act as a named nurse for certain patients, assess service users' needs, and maintain accurate health records.
