As a Second Chef at Barchester, you will assist the Head Chef in creating nutritious, flavorsome, and well-balanced menus, while also tailoring the offerings to the preferences and dietary needs of the residents. You will be responsible for managing the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, working within a budget, and completing regular audits.
