The IM&T Application Support Analyst position at Devon Partnership NHS Trust involves providing essential second-line support for various applications used within the Trust, including Electronic Health and Care Records and Virtual Consultation Platforms. The role is part of the Clinical Applications Support Team that collaborates with an IT Managed Service Provider to ensure the efficient management and deployment of key digital systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving user-reported issues, adapting applications according to standard procedures, maintaining compliance with organisational policies, and offering guidance to staff. The post holder will also engage with users, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the optimal use of digital platforms that support high-quality patient care.

In addition to technical troubleshooting, the role requires strong communication and analytical skills, as well as participation in service development and quality improvement initiatives. The analyst must maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external partners and contribute to the ongoing evaluation of systems and workflows. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with expectations of training, user support, and participation in an out-of-hours application support rota.
