MENTAL HEALTH MULTI-DISCIPLINARY NHS WEEKEND
The Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust is seeking a qualified Band 4 Assistant Practitioner or Nurse Associate to join their Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) in Ipswich. Ideal candidates should be highly motivated individuals passionate about patient care and committed to involving Service Users and Carers in their approach. The role involves assessing, managing risks, planning care, and coordinating support for Service Users throughout their recovery journey. Working in a collaborative, supportive team, the Assistant Practitioner will also engage in various projects aimed at improving health care quality.

Candidates must hold relevant qualifications, including a Care Certificate and a Level 5 academic qualification in Health & Social Care or Mental Health, along with a full driving licence for travel purposes. The position requires flexibility in working hours, including some unsociable shifts, weekends, and holidays.
