Neural Pathways has a unique part-time opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our friendly and supportive team in Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. Were looking for a dedicated professional with at least 3 years experience who is motivated to work across all areas of neurological rehabilitation. What you'll be working:
This role is 22.5 hours per week – 2 days at Kingly Croft in Leicestershire and 1 day at Kingly Terrace in Northampton.

What you'll be doing:
- Provide assessment, treatment, and management of challenges to physical abilities
- Function as a key therapist to ensure active co-ordination and management of the therapeutic timetables and programmes to achieve the client’s agreed rehabilitation goals
- Ensure accurate documentation of assessment, treatment, and outcome measures
- Be a great team player and be willing to go that extra mile for your clients and their family
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with people with cognitive impairment and communication difficulties
- Liaise with family, carers, and significant others where appropriate to ensure client’s needs are met to a high standard
- You will be supported by experienced and skilled senior staff, and have protected training, CPD and peer support time within your job
