24-HOUR CASELOAD FAMILY HCPC MULTI-DISCIPLINARY NHS OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ROLE MODEL WEEKEND
The Children's Trust in Tadworth is seeking a Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist for their Rehabilitation Team. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy service to children and young people accessing neurorehabilitation and outpatient services. Key responsibilities include conducting specialized assessments, developing individualized therapy programs that integrate into daily routines, and providing clinical leadership to the therapy team. This position also involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, goal-setting with families, and managing upper limb rehabilitation interventions.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing complex needs and be adept at prioritizing workloads within a diverse workforce. They will be responsible for supervising junior team members, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to engage stakeholders effectively, and a commitment to continuous professional development in line with organisational standards.
