MENTAL HEALTH NHS SOCIAL WORK
The Clinical Lead role at Hockley House in Andover, under the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, seeks a registered professional in nursing, social work, allied health, psychology, or psychotherapy to provide specialized, trauma-informed mental health support for young individuals facing complex difficulties. The position involves collaborating with Specialist CAMHS to implement therapeutic care plans, training residential staff in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), and ensuring a safe environment for residents. The lead will oversee clinical matters, provide supervision and training, and contribute to policy development, while engaging in risk assessments and managing ongoing risks.
