Band 3: £24,071 to £25,674 a year per annum pro rata  PERMANENT  GOOD SALARY

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Band 3 Rehab support worker to join our Sidmouth Community Therapy Team in within the Honiton, OSM, Seaton, Axminster and Sidmouth Cluster. The community Rehabilitation team comprises Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Rehabilitation Nurses and band 3 support workers who work collaboratively and in partnership with our UCR team to support the rehabilitation of patients in their own home as well as care homes to achieve patient goals. The ideal candidate will have an interest in community rehabilitation, multi-disciplinary working, falls prevention and management of patients with a wide variety of short and long-term conditions and carry out treatment plans within your competencies as delegated by registered staff.

The Seaton, Axminster and Sidmouth Cluster has an attractive mix of rural villages and coastal towns whilst being only 30mins drive from Exeter and the market town of Axminster providing excellent rail links to London and Exeter.
