Full time Cardiorespiratory Co-ordinator
Successful candidate will be required to work full time - mainly based at Maidstone Hospital but cover when needed for Pembury Hospital
An opportunity has arisen for a full time Cardiorespiratory Co-ordinator within Nursing Allied Health Administration Unit
An excellent range of secretarial and administrative skills, including a solid knowledge of diagnostic pathways, experience in booking using TOMCAT and an excellent customer care experience is essential. The ability to organise your day and work as part of a team are also required. Applicants should be confident, self-motivated and be able to demonstrate good communication and organisational skills, along with a flexible approach to duties. The applicant should be able to demonstrate an interest to learn new skills. The applicant should ideally have previous NHS / medical experience.

Be responsible for setting up clinics on the Tomcat system and highlight any patients that are about to breach to unit manager and AGM for all proceduresTo be responsible for the waiting lists for all diagnostic tests.
