Nottingham CityCare Partnership CIC is seeking a part-time Senior Nurse/Clinical Lead for their Paediatric Bladder and Bowel Service, with a commitment of 30 hours per week. Located at Sherwood Rise Health Centre, the role includes the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based clinical care to children and their families, as well as education and support regarding continence issues. The successful candidate will manage a team of specialist paediatric nurses and a support worker, oversee nurse-led clinics, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.

The position requires an experienced and motivated individual who can independently manage patient referrals, supervise staff, and contribute to the ongoing development of the service in alignment with best practices and national guidelines. Essential duties include leading service evaluations, providing comprehensive training for families and healthcare staff, and advocating for patients to ensure dignified, respectful care. A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle are mandatory for this role, which includes responsibilities from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
