Public Health Wales is seeking a highly motivated Management Team Assistant and Receptionist for the Diabetic Eye Screening Wales (DESW) programme at their Screening Centre in Cardiff. This role involves supporting the management team with administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, preparing meeting agendas, and taking minutes, as well as handling reception duties, including greeting participants and addressing queries during clinic hours. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organisational skills, be capable of multitasking in a busy environment, and demonstrate confidence in dealing with the public.

The position requires full-time commitment and may involve evening and weekend work. Proficiency in both Welsh and English is essential, and candidates should have a positive demeanor, energy, and enthusiasm to contribute effectively to the screening team's operations.
