The Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) to provide high-quality administrative support to the Executive Directors, primarily the Chief Nurse and the Director of Human Resources and Organisation Development. This role requires a proactive and flexible individual with experience in supporting senior leadership teams. Responsibilities include managing complex diary schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and taking minutes. The EPA will also play a crucial role in maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and effective communication with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritize competing demands, and advanced administrative knowledge. They will act as a focal point for inquiries, manage travel arrangements, and assist in the preparation of reports and documents. The position requires the ability to work under pressure, resolve problems with discretion, and effectively support the wider Executive team, including providing cover during busy periods or employee leave. Additionally, the role may involve contributing to recruitment processes and ensuring efficient record-keeping systems.
