The Community Sister/Charge Nurse role at Livewell Southwest in Plymouth offers a flexible working schedule of 22.5 to 37.5 hours per week, emphasizing work-life balance. The position involves coordinating and leading a team in providing planned and urgent care to patients within a defined geographical area, primarily within their homes or care settings. A full driving license and the ability to work across a seven-day service are mandatory.
