Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Receptionist for its community mental health team at Holly Lodge in Skegness. The role involves providing an efficient reception service, which includes answering phone calls, greeting visitors, managing sign-ins, issuing swipe cards, and coordinating room bookings. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator and team player, capable of handling both routine and potentially sensitive inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.

This full-time position requires 37.5 hours of work each week from Monday to Friday, mainly between 9 am and 5 pm. Responsibilities also include performing clerical tasks to support clinical staff, managing correspondence, and maintaining up-to-date electronic records. Candidates should demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet service needs, in addition to having a solid understanding of electronic systems relevant to the role.
