The Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior CAMHS Practitioner/Clinical Psychologist to join their Central Manchester Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). The role involves working autonomously within a multi-disciplinary team to support children and young people aged up to 18 who face complex emotional and behavioral difficulties. Candidates should possess significant experience in mental health support for this demographic, including strong skills in assessment, risk management, and evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, providing consultations, collaborating with various agencies, and offering training and supervision to other professionals.

The ideal applicant will be a registered health care professional such as a Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Nurse, with a comprehensive understanding of both child and adult mental health needs. The post holder will predominantly engage in clinical practice while fostering partnerships and promoting the THRIVE Framework within the broader mental health community.
