The Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Mobile Catering Team Leader for a 37.5-hour contract position based in Hull and East Riding. This role involves cooking and serving lunches and evening meals for inpatient units, while ensuring a clean and hygienic environment in compliance with national standards for healthcare food and drink. Candidates should have good interpersonal and communication skills, be flexible to work over a 7-day period, including weekends, and possess a strong motivation to provide high-quality, cost-effective food services that meet health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities include preparing meals according to established recipes, operating kitchen equipment, managing stock and orders, and providing training and support to other cooks. The ideal candidate must be adaptable to travel between different Trust sites and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards within the kitchen.
