The post holder will become part of a mutually supportive team within the department. The successful applicant will be expected to have continuous responsibility for the patients under their care and undertake administrative duties associated with patient care. The postholder will be involved in the continuous development of the department and will collaborate with the existing team to continue to innovate and provide excellence of care to our local population.
You will be expected to attend and actively contribute to the weekly multi-disciplinary team meetings. You will participate in continuing professional development in accordance with the guidelines stipulated by the Royal college of Surgeons of England. You will also undertake an annual appraisal and job plan review.
