The Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking qualified and registered Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, and Social Workers for the role of Mental Health Liaison Practitioner in Boston. This position involves working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, primarily conducting comprehensive Bio-Psychosocial Assessments for patients in Acute hospitals, adhering to NICE Guidelines and Evidence-Based Treatment Pathways.

Key responsibilities include providing high-quality mental health support in the Emergency Department and General Wards, ensuring timely admission and linking patients to appropriate services upon discharge. The role emphasises risk management, strong communication skills, and fostering a supportive culture within the Mental Health Liaison Service (MHLS).

Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care, manage case-load effectively, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Additional duties include assessing the needs of patients and their families, maintaining accurate clinical records, and engaging in Clinical Governance activities. The ideal applicant should also exhibit leadership skills and a commitment to continuous professional development.
