University Hospitals Dorset is seeking motivated individuals to join their Theatre Department as Theatre Care Assistants (TCAs) at the Bournemouth Day Surgery Unit. This role supports the theatre team, focusing primarily on the operational aspects of the theatre environment rather than direct patient care. Successful candidates who complete the Care Certificate and theatre training will have the opportunity to progress to a senior TCA role, with potential advancement to AFC Band 3 within a year, based on performance and support from their line manager.
