Digital Health and Care Wales is looking for a PMO Standards Lead to oversee the implementation of portfolio management standards and processes aimed at enhancing digital service delivery within the NHS in Wales. This role necessitates a thorough understanding of PMO industry standards and best practices, as well as relevant qualifications in project, programme, portfolio, or PMO management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting user requirements. Key responsibilities include guiding project managers in applying portfolio management standards, monitoring effectiveness, refining methodologies, and leveraging technology to optimize practices.
