The East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Project Support Administrator for the Gastroenterology Team to assist with the Liver Surveillance Programme (LSP). This role involves supporting the hepatology team in maintaining a comprehensive Liver Surveillance registry to meet national standards. The administrator will work with a collaborative database to streamline patient attendance, integrate imaging and pathology results, and facilitate data entry for clinicians.

Key responsibilities include identifying patients eligible for the LSP, ensuring accurate data entry in the Eclipse portal, and re-engaging patients who have become lost to follow-up. This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension based on national funding availability. Candidates should be comfortable accessing local hospital patient administration systems to facilitate their responsibilities.
