The role of Nursery Officer at Harefield with Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust involves supporting the development and delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) for children aged 5 months to 5 years within a nursery setting. Key responsibilities include planning age-appropriate activities, maintaining development records for a designated group of children, and being a primary point of contact for parents to foster positive partnerships. The position requires a thorough understanding of safeguarding practices, collaborative teamwork, and consistent implementation of operational policies to ensure high-quality care and education for all children.

In addition to these duties, the Nursery Officer will cater to individual children's needs, document their progress, and promptly address any safeguarding concerns according to nursery policy.
